They are available, but you'll have to plan ahead a bit. ATMs inside post offices are the most reliable for accepting foreign cards. I recommend getting either a PASMO or Suica card when you get to Japan. You pre-load money onto it and it can be used on the trains and many stores! Super convenient.
Hey ... I am really amazed at your video ... looks really good and very well done ... *why I raise my thumb 12 far up !* ... and wish you and your loved ones a pleasant Sunday and greet with a sunny smile ; )) from Germany *" Eddy "*
That was invigorating:). Also, I like the selection of music. I personally don't think selfie stick are very useful, there's something awkward about videos taken with them. What do you think of them?
We just got ours for this trip. I think they can be useful for shots showing what an touristy area *really* looks like since you can get a higher angle shot. I do know what you mean though.
lyhthegreat oo ok.. thank you fyi ☺ I will go there at middle of this july with my kids so i must consider how tough achieving that area, food,&toilet also 😁.
haha no problem, i just came back from japan like 2 days ago, do take note that it's gonna be hot there as it's summer now but it's still gonna be a fun trip for your family nevertheless...japan is a beautiful place and the people there are polite and friendly. btw are you going to be visiting kiyomizu dera too?
lyhthegreat aww, you must had lot of fun experience there 🤗🤗. Yeah, I heard it hot & rainy days too right?... Is kiyomizu dera near tenryoji temple or bamboo forest? I will stay at kyoto for 2 days 1 night at hotel binario saga arashiyama which is near bamboo forest. I check at "navitime" app, my hotel near tenryuji temple too, so sure I will go there. If kiyomizu dera can be reached by walking from tenryuji or inari taisha, I will go..if not maybe I will pass it to continue my trip to tokyo
Erm..its not really near tenryuji and it's certainly not within walking distance from inari unless you have half a day to spare, but u can take a train from inari staion to kyoto station and there are buses down there that will take you straight to kiyomizu dera/gion and ginkakuji in like less than an hour. However if you want to squeeze all of them into one day then it's gonna be very rushed. 2 days would be more than enough to visit all 3 though, i suggest that you do arashiyama and tenryuji on the 1st day and then inari and kiyomizu + something else if there's still time to spare on the 2nd day.
Loved it..

Hello! I am heading to Japan in just over a week, just out of curiosity, for money are ATM's accepting foreign cards widely available? Thanks :)
