I'm ill rn and I don't know why, but the little 10 minute preparation time in the beginning gave me so much comfort and energy to start! ;^; I grabbed some potatoes, made myself tea with milk and relaxed just enough to actually get started with my uni homework. My head is able to actually focus on things i have to do instead of thinking about if i have forgotten somthing. it can be a cheap one, i got mine for 3 dollars and i love it, whenever at school a teacher tells us something that we have to do at home, i write it down and i also plan on what im going to study that day, so i dont forget to study and just sit down lol. Trust me, it´s really helpful :)

One of my favourite things about these is when I breeze right through the five minute breaks. End up doing 65 minutes of work without realising, but I know I can take the breaks when I need to! Please never stop making these videos!!!

I’ve always had trouble finding the right lofi music channel to help with concentration, especially since I tend to procrastinate a lot and with my adhd as well. But this video was exactly what I needed. I was listening to it while working on a rooming list for the hotel job I do, and I managed to finish everything by the 1 hour and 40-minute mark. I love that you set us 5 minutes to set up and plan our session! While it can be done before starting up the pomodoro video, it is somehow comforting to have it connected like this and gets me into the study flow faster.

This is soooo good! I love that the gong noise isn't super jarring; luckily I got so focused I didn't notice it one time and working for an hour straight! Perfect music and white noise mix!
I have tried multiple methods and no matter what I just could not sit and focus for more than ten minutes. That is until I came across this video and of my gosh...I was able to complete work that I thought would take me 4-5+ hours to finish, instead only took me an hour and a half. Thank you so so much!

Heyo ADHD Couple! I've been using pomodoro as my go to study technique for years but I found yours to be the most effective. I really enjoy that the background is only soft lofi and white noise --- it keeps my mood up while I read but also doesn't distract me enough from work. Thanks a lot for this. A freelancer with ADHD here. I found this video when I was distracted and cannot focus all day even though the deadline is looming. Your pomodoro helped me flowed into hyperfocus mode and rest easily. I really love that the gong sound is not louder than the working/resting music, because I often got so startled by the gong/alarm in other pomodoro guides that it took me tens of minutes to get eased back into working rhythm. As expected, fellow ADHD knows best. Will save all of your pomodoros for variety!
