I went back a while ago. In Malaysia, every time I go to a restaurant, I want to order this Creamy Abalone Mushroom. By the way, I came to Taiwan to study in college. After graduating in 2010, I deeply rooted in Taiwan and settled down~ In the past 14 years, I have never seen this in Taiwan Creamy Abalone Mushroom, so I think this dish is a Malaysian specialty. Some viewers asked me to make more Malaysian specialties when ordering, so I thought of this dish to share with you.
The ingredients for this vegetarian home-cooked meal are as follows:
200g abalone mushroom
5 king oyster mushrooms
1 chili pepper
60g flour
60g Zailai rice noodles
30g corn flour
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
250CC water
3 sprigs curry leaves
250cc milk water
a teaspoon of salt
Two teaspoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

咖喱葉可以冷凍收藏。在冬天的時候枝丫都剪掉,再發出來會更美。冬天要堆肥,接著會長的更壯。

其實它叫做袖珍菇,鮑魚菇是另一種,柄比較粗比較短,傘面比較硬,給妳參考喔!
沒錯,但我還是跟著馬來西亞念法,他們都叫這道菜是奶油鮑魚菇,其實是袖珍菇~每個國家念法不同~
