Oh how amazing! I hope it’s a huge help for your back to work transition! The best way to clean the parts is to hand wash everything with warm water and dish soap, but you can put the inner chamber and plastic parts on the top rack of the dishwasher. We just don’t recommend putting the parts in a sterilizer - the high heat and intensity can be hard on them and ruin the finish on the outer chamber. In case it helps, here’s the FDA’s guidance on sterilizing! “It is not possible to completely sterilize breast pump parts at home, even if you boil them. However, sterilization is not necessary to keep these parts safe and sanitary. You can do that by thoroughly washing away germs and bacteria with liquid dishwashing soap and warm water.”
