just got one today at the Phoenix Airport 😂🤣. It has crazy room . I put my tablet Samsung galaxy S7 5g and my Cellphone Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g. metal 18 ox flask in the big side pocket. 2 pr of Maui Jim sunglasses, 2 readers, anker power bank thing is like empty 😳. The shell has lot of space I'm put my wool poncho in there. Thus is a great travel bag. it takes up less space under the set in the plane then others that hols less. Not tried the massage yet. Hi Chris, don't know if you knew about this. But I found your video while checking this backpack out on Touch of Modern. There it says there is supposed to be an "Included Swissdigital 5000 mHa battery" I think that's supposed to be "mAH" b/c I'm not sure what a miliHour would be.. Anyway, did the one you received not have it? Not sure if this is a feature they added later, but since your posting was only on October 30, 2020, and I'm posting this on November 15, 2020 that's a pretty fast turn around for a company to re-evaluate and add a feature to a product. Usually, you would see something like this where it has an added feature to be considered a different product, like a "Plus" version of the standard product.
