6:21 often both toilet, lav. and shower are in the same room but i like that design separate toilet, lav. and shower although it takes up more space but you don't have to wait if you want to use the toilet and someone is using the shower and vice versa.

I've been reading the latest National Building Code of the Philippines and BP220. I think BP220 suits my needs. I am just not sure if BP220 is applicable to the tiny house I'm planning to build. I'm planning to build a house late this year. It was supposed to be in 2020. But due to the pandemic lockdown, changes in work, price increase in most things, construction is delayed. My original budget is now good for just half the size of my original house plan. Been inspired by many tiny house construction shows and videos online. Tiny house suits me now. I need a house that is functional, safe, easy to maintain and clean, with good air circulation, natural light coming in as sunlight is a natural disinfectant, not high ceilings to easy replace lighting fixtures, not very high cabinets for easy reach, good traffic flow, etc I think a tiny house suits me now. 30sqm ground floor, 36sqm second floor. Firewalls on both sides. However, I'm not sure if the latest National Building Code of the Philippines would allow that. Will the BP220 provisions for economic and socialized housing be applicable to the independently constructed tiny house that I'm planning? That is in terms of celing height of ground floor and second floor, door width and height for different rooms, stairs dimensions (width, riser height and run depth), mezzanine provisions, etc. I'd be very grateful for any info and advice that you could provide.
