The enchanted mobs like the cows and even aggreaive mobs can drop extra stuff, for example ive had enchanted cows and skeletons drop iron ingots and gold ingots. As well as skeletons and zombies dropping enchanted armor just a heads up maam!!

It could be the resource pack needs updated or it could be a certain add on/ mod you are using. I figured out later that the reason I couldn’t make certain tools was because of the tinkers mod I was using.

Great question! When you try to download it. The directions are towards the bottom of the page. If you do not follow the directions you will be at risk for a virus. Be safe!
