Still cant believe troy is still gone
When you're a country boy it's important not to fuck up what you got going on 🎶
And I can't even look at the dog anymore
Just saw Eddie last month here in Independence Missouri. He did a great job. Loved it. But there is no denying Troy was a great big empty spot in Eddie's life. I also saw both of them several times back in the day. And the tragedy of Troy's death has never left.
R.I.P. Troy Gentry. We’re all heartbroken you’re no longer here.
RIP Troy and RIP my dad who died in a helicopter crash serving his country on the way to hospital to get treated for HIV. Rip dad I miss you thank you for your service.

@@DAVA653 thank you man
Hell yeah dude. This song reminds me of my dad who fought for freedom and died in a helicopter crash. He left me his pickup truck. I love listening to this song and driving my dad’s big truck downtown to the Jamba Juice. Blasting this song in the drive through at Starbucks, or maybe wearing a summer sun dress and driving to the only bar in town where all the cute boys hang out, playing this song at full volume and thinking about my dad who died in a simple helicopter crash. RIP to my dad. Dudes rock.
@@mmoonman13 thank you so much
R.I.P Gentry
RIP Troy Gentry............ A True Artist and performer condolenses for all of his family.
I did this for 6 years active duty, this song always keeps me sane.
Respect to Troy gentry who died serving his country in a helicopter crash. A simple country boy just like me and my gay dad. Cruising around in our pickup truck to the Jamba Juice and the only Starbucks in town.

Same shit both served and died for are country
As a member of the Air Force, I'll tell you it isn't just the Army that refuses to leave our own out there
The "army" in the video are Marines
Ben F i know

Damm good people always leave us way too soon.
I am a retired military and I love the song
Thank you for your service from a American here in the US
Only country boys know what it's like to cook to death in helicopter gas.
And Kobe, they ain't so different
I may not be from a small town (Eastern Shore - Virginia) but with all of the men and woman who serve's for the Freedom of every Amercian in the U.S. I truly do respect them for putting there live's in the fear of harm. And I do agree that this song does show that this band of Mongomery Gentry does respect every man and woman who serves in the forces whther it be in the Army Navy and or Marines that they and this song does show that they do respect our veterans. R.I.P. Troy Gentry you were taken away at a such young age and maybe one day I will get to the pearly gates to meet you.
Heartbroken for the loss of T-Roy. A great man who loved his family, country and our service men and women. You will be missed. My heart goes out to your family and friends.
tragedy when a simple country boy fires up his chopper to taker for a low ride thru a crowded urban area and hits a church spire
Rip to a simple man who died a simple death like all the country boys who serve their country, have sex with men and die in helicopter crashes on the way to the hospital to get treated for HIV.
@@mmoonman13 they dont make em like that aymore ill tell ya
To all the veterans actively serving, thank you for your service and the sacrifices that you're making to keep the world safe! Best of luck to you warriors.
I grew up in a city and I don't understand why people are saying only small town folks get it. I have tremendous American pride and see the meaning of the video perfectly. I have lived in a small towns but grew up in the city it's not just because of where you grow up but more of who you are as a person
