We use to have our bday parties at the park when we were kids. Sometimes we'd rent a pavilion if we planned on having a lot of people. Back then it was alot cheaper.... but we just booked a pavilion at the same park we always used as kids for my baby who will be ONE in two months 😭❤

as a parent i try to make the birthday about my child and me so i take them out to chuckecheese or what ever place they like and just get them any candy toys they like . and when its a party party its not about my child but about the guest with what to feed them what to impress them with decorations and what not.... so for birthdays i like it private just me and the kids and if anyone want to send a text or a card its cool but i dont expect gifts just the thought of u remembering it and mentioning it
