It's a shame they didn't win this duet and it's a shame Chanté didn't advance in the program, after her other performances! time: Chanté Moore is already an experienced singer: Born in 1967 (57 years old) and maintains an impressive youthfulness! Dimash is better in English now than he was seven years ago, but not great until you consider he’s learned from his stage crews, and here and there with no formal training. He uses English to communicate with the Chinese because he knows his Chinese pronunciation is bad. Luckily, he manages to communicate in Chinglish and Dinglish, but he’s fluent only Kazakh and Russian.
You two need to get way past accents...Dimash's Qazaq accent is priceless and once you hear it a bit, you will fall in love with the sounds of the vowels and consonants...they are the best on earth. His Chinese counterparts sound great too once you get past the initial sh sh sounds.
It still surprises me how low Dimash's speaking voice is, when he's so famous for his high notes! Also, the Kazakh language is so beautifully poetic - lots of rolled r's in singing (which I CANNOT do), plus a bunch of sounds that don't even occur in English (which I'm still wrestling with), BUT - we have "th" and especially "thr" sounds that are *incredibly* difficult for many foreign speakers to replicate, that I suppose it's only fair! Personally, I find Dimash's "Dinglish" English accent, phrasing and way of speaking incredibly endearing, and very, very attractive - and though I (and he!) understands that singing in English makes his music more accessible to a wider audience, and I of course want as many people as possible to enjoy his music, his accent is a part of who he is and where he comes from - it's just very "Dimash" and tbh I really don't want that - or him - to change!

Dimash is better in English now than he was seven years ago, but not great until you consider he’s learned from his stage crews, and here and there with no formal training. He uses English to communicate with the Chinese because he knows his Chinese pronunciation is bad. Luckily, he manages to communicate in Chinglish and Dinglish, but he’s fluent only Kazakh and Russian.

You two need to get way past accents...Dimash's Qazaq accent is priceless and once you hear it a bit, you will fall in love with the sounds of the vowels and consonants...they are the best on earth.
His Chinese counterparts sound great too once you get past the initial sh sh sounds.
It still surprises me how low Dimash's speaking voice is, when he's so famous for his high notes! Also, the Kazakh language is so beautifully poetic - lots of rolled r's in singing (which I CANNOT do), plus a bunch of sounds that don't even occur in English (which I'm still wrestling with), BUT - we have "th" and especially "thr" sounds that are *incredibly* difficult for many foreign speakers to replicate, that I suppose it's only fair!
Personally, I find Dimash's "Dinglish" English accent, phrasing and way of speaking incredibly endearing, and very, very attractive - and though I (and he!) understands that singing in English makes his music more accessible to a wider audience, and I of course want as many people as possible to enjoy his music, his accent is a part of who he is and where he comes from - it's just very "Dimash" and tbh I really don't want that - or him - to change!

Mogu samo dodati meni je najvažnija izvedba, a to kako on izgovara, i dali se nekome sviđa ili ne to me ne zanima.
Uglavnom na to imaju prigovor amerikanci.
Ali gospođo kad vi naučite izgovorit pravilno bar jednu kazahstansku riječ, onda možete kritizirati velikog Dimasa.
Za sada mu ni prezime neznan izgovoriti.
