Ingredients
Oil - 1 Tbsp (Buy: amzn.to/2RGYvrw)
Ghee - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2RBvKxw)
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2NTgTMv)
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2u1p6rl)
Chopped Onion - 2 Nos.
Chopped Green Chilli - 2 Nos.
Capsicum - 1 No.
Ginger - 1 Piece
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Finely Chopped Tomato - 1 No.
Salt - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2vg124l)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2RC4fm4)
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2GgLsrp)
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2TPuOXW)
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/36nEgEq)
Paneer - 200 Gms (Buy: amzn.to/2GC7aWS)
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2TPe8jd)
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. To a kadai, add oil and ghee.
2. Add cumin, fennel, onions, green chillies and saute them.
3. Once the onions turns transparent, add capsicum.
4. Pound garlic and ginger. Add this to the onion mixture and saute until the raw smell goes.
5. Add tomato and saute.
6. Add salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well and cook until the raw smell goes.
7. Crumble the paneer using your hands.
8. Add the crumbled paneer to the masala and mix.
9. Finish it with garam masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves.
10. Paneer bhurji is ready.
