There’s been countless occasions where their citizens have committed crimes abroad, and gotten away with it with help from their government. I remember there was a case a few years ago where a young British woman was pack r_p by a group of men from i3roel while on holiday in Cyprus. The police detained her without a lawyer and overturned her statements and convicted her of causing public mischief. Meanwhile the men were freed and quickly smuggled out of the country. They also have a long history of their agents stealing passports and then committing crimes under those stolen identities.
