There is no god damn way people actually succeeded in mid game with this challenge bro, y'all are insane. Maybe this community isn't that much of an uber carried dead ass gathering
To be honest midgame is not very difficult for the most part, despite the no uber restriction we added. The 40% attack boost is extremely powerful especially with baby mola who is ironically one of the strongest units in the ruleset because of his survivability- he is a dragon that has significantly more attack, cheaper cost, less cooldown, and most importantly full backswing- absolutely broken unit.
Even without baby mola stages arent too difficult, you just have to learn how to meatshield without erasers for specific stages, its always different u just gotta adapt.
Of course theres some very interesting stages like this one, also like the entirety of aku realms, where you beat empress first to get pied piper, which lets you beat aku cyclone for aku researcher (this step gets skipped if talents (for lil macho legs) are allowed but this is what i did).
Theres also some extremely difficult stages for bad reason such as subtle curfew, which you 100% do not remember because its irrelevant until this challenge where it took like 5 hours to get a winning run through rng.
But yeah SoL is not that difficult. Stages that are basically impossible such as every single winged pigge stage are cheesable, and hard stages like procrastinator parade and nrf get powercrept (jagando, bear, slime), though they’re still pretty bad.
UL on the otherhand is just terrible, there are too many ld and omnistrike enemies such as loris and othom that normally do minor chip but they just make the game unplayable here. Also im pretty sure dogu is just impossible but maybe you can rush it
@@JustAnAmpharos yeah lol winged pigge truly is the worst enemy in this game by himself (besides soractes probably). Speaking of which, do you think adherence to virtue would be possible in glass cannon, ever? I mean there are cats like miku or ranma who dodge floating
Also for wave enemies (even just kory) i suppose you would either need a fully wave immune lineup since both octopus and supercat are melee and die instantly, right? Or are they actually enough?

She pretty much counters the entirety of sol waves but before we got her we just played every stage like manic macho legs the old fashioned way, which was actually very fun but eventually the enemies are too strong to win without wave block. In UL she's probably still the wave block meta but supercat is useful too if you build kb chains around him since he has lots of backswing.
Adherence to virtue is definitely possible but yeah it would need extremely good rng combined with very good timings. Main reason it's doable is because of clip strats which is super funny-- sage enemies debuff resist means knockback does 70% less distance too, which makes it go from 165 kb without fruit to 49.5, which is less than sniper and cat cannon kb distances of 55! That allows you to clip bahamut speed comboless with sniper the cat and sniper the recruit (or supercar if you're mentally ill) while chaining level 30 thunderbolt+healer+necrodancer to freeze him just long enough for bahamut to begin his attack again. Once bahamut is clipped, you need miku/ranma cat dodges to survive socrates for around 80 seconds assuming level 50 bahamut (good luck LOL), but you also need to constantly clip manic lions through socrates by chaining sniper item with sniper the recruit or supercar in order to protect bahamut from the dark doges every 10 seconds. Alternatively you can use a speed combo to make it possible to clip rock and maglev with sniper item but space is very limited so idk.
