I have been finding that in my own kundalini process even after over 10 years, I have periods of intense releases, usually at night. The result is feeling even more energy flowing in my body. I am sure some of it's stress release, but I also believe it's slowly purifying me on a number of levels.
Such an incredible experience. It has happened to me a few times, certain times more intense than others. I felt like I was being “handled” and surrendering to my higher greater being
That is my exact experience. I'm so happy to see others reporting the same thing. I kind of thought I was losing my mind. I can't stop it when it's happening, and I can't imitate it.
I experience this during dancing with the combination of certain music. It started for me after participating in ceremony a year and half ago. Afterwards I am very sensitive and takes me some time to come back into myself, I usually have a big emotional release afterwards. Every time this has happened it’s been around a lot of people & can feel quite overwhelming and vulnerable afterwards. Fortunately no one has noticed anything unusual, meanwhile for me it’s like I’m experiencing the most all encompassing love energy flowing through me… ar the tone I often have insights however unless I’m to write it down immediately I would not be able to recall… I’m also glad to find others experiencing this or similar ❤
A lightbulb with no electricity is still a lightbulb. When you connect it to a stable current it shines brightly. When put under stress with to much, to little current or an unstable or intermittent current it will flicker or flash and like this we can create christmas lights which can look interesting and even fun and yet then the bulb is never fully bright and if you give to much current for to long it will damage and eventually break the bulb.
Thank you sooo much for this. I’ve been having convulsing Kriya spasms from the lower back and getting caught in the throat! Plus the shaking. knowing there’s nothing wrong and it’s just the energy moving through helps sooo much!! So the energy is just moving through? When will it stop? 😅 I’ve had kundalini risings before, is this another one trying to move through? I’ve also been living in a chaotic environment with loud cars backfiring at night and have had severe neck pain and PTSD symptom’s because of this so I feel this is affecting the process ❤ any advice?
We are kept safe from pain or injury rather, that may arise from the kriya experience, but does our spirit know when we are safe from potential predators who may misinterpret what the experience is, seeing from a very dense perspective? I’m just a regular person in my apartment complex but I can’t imagine my neighbors don’t take notice and from the highest perspective- my highest self would take that into consideration… don’t want to mask or hold myself back but I’m so sensitive to energies that im aware when others take notice and also misinterpret. I would ask this question, thank you.
It is for some a level of development. A clearing of the system though everyone’s path is different and assertive of our development we all need different things
When the kundalini awakning happening it is very strong energy in the body. It can be easier to have this movement in the starting of the process and probably after many years having kundalini awakening.
I’ve had physical kriyas for over 3 years, refined and unrefined, but for the last 12 months or so, mostly unrefined. I can’t meditate anymore. I can’t observe my breath as my whole body is constantly shaking and twitching. There’s no depth to my meditation anymore; my body starts to tremble and my mind is equally unsettled. I’m becoming very disillusioned. I don’t know whether I’m doing something wrong or I just have a lot of stress to unload. I’ve tried lying on the floor and shaking prior to meditating, but it doesn’t make much difference. Will this eventually pass or could it be that I’m just too “clogged up”? Sometimes I make noises…whiny, painful utterances. Just once I sang an array of high-pitched, beautiful notes as mentioned here. Kundalini hasn’t yet awakened, it’s just agitated (as far as I know).
Yes that is my intention, but I have caring responsibilities at the moment. I will attend one as soon as I am able to. Sometimes I think it’s good that I’m having all these Kriyas now, in this pre-awakening phase, then if it does progress to a full awakening my subtle body will be more prepared. I am excited about the permanent base in Central Europe. 🙏🏻
Perhaps you do not need to meditate. Every morning after sleeping I lie in the bed and let the body spontaneous move breath and make sound. I only feel the body. It is very calming for the body. I am not sure but I think one day the sound at the end was light language. I believe that yor kundalini has awaken but it will stop there it is not free energy float. I will recommend much grounding, biodynamic massage and not meditation. Your body has to contain all the energy inside the body. Read the reply answer above. It describe the electricity in the bubble. Not to much and not to little. Kriays is more than enough in my opinion.
@@lillmuller9366 I did Igor’s Kundalini Course and he talked about the importance of regular Sadhana. I’ve submitted questions on his online Darshans too and he’s always advised regular meditation. The kriyas have settled a bit since I wrote the original comment; I still have them but they aren’t disturbing my practice. I still have an unsettled mind, but I am under a lot of stress at the moment as I am looking after my beloved father, who is terminally ill.
@@mariej5319 So fine that it has slow down little. To be honest I got help from my guides that are talking to me in the night when I am sleeping or in relaxed situations. Its impossible for me to concentrate on an area og kriya cause its movements all round. Fingers toes head legs feet arms breath vocal everywhere everything. My whole body. Face everything

In all process and the experience you get to know , the best way to enhance it further is not boost About it. Remember your mind is trickster.
Brag or boost? Sorry don't understand your wording
Why do some have kriyas and others don't?
