It is a long way…. and sometimes I still have anger or frustration about things like the quarrel I had with someone today, and the ego still comes, much less than before. I know that I am not a master yet and still have work to do. It seems sometimes too hard. I know that this quarrel came for me to see the things to repair. Tried not to react, tried to explain, tried to forgive him, but finally blocked him because he persuaded and insisted again and again that he is right and his way is the only way. I felt in my heart that I need to cut the conversation.

I would love to break it down by levels to make things more understandable for humans. Something that seems so simple and understanding confuses the hell out of them. Really has no meaning in the higher frequencies but for the ones down here for them to wrap their understanding so they can buy into things they need understanding of just the basics. How they work?
