In case you’re wondering why I didn’t use my RoR before my origin skill, it’s because I kept fucking up due to muscle memory. You’re supposed to do RoR then your origin skill.

It’s specifically for final cut so it can last 100% of the time + a little extra which is good because you can use it as an in some scenarios especially if you have the 20% chance to skip cd IA line. It also increases the duration for AB link. You can settle for an epic line tho if you don’t care for minmaxing since epic buff duration from IA, LV140 mechanic legion, and maxed empathy is enough to have 100% uptime for final cut.
Yes. From what I’ve seen from KMS Phantom’s, it’s always RoR Origin LotD since you have enough time to fit all of that into your RoR and bind duration.
