Kishore Desai, a Mandolin Maestro is a galaxy in itself among others scattered in the universe.
An Indian Musician who was a child prodigy went on to become one of the most distinguished, enlightened, and skilled mandolin player. Recipient of the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Lifetime Achievement Award for his brilliant contribution to film music, Kishore Desai was awarded the Swar Aalap Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005.
