Pay your home off early. Make the extra payments!!! And then be your own insurance company (save money in case you need to do any repairs) after you’ve paid off your home! Especially if you’re in a spot that does see any storms or damages due to storms!!

Like a coworker said if the insurance companies can’t cover the bill after a natural disaster then don’t be an insurance company. But they won’t there greedy and even then when a bad natural disaster disaster comes the insurance companies will say oh it’s not enough to cover
