- The plaintiff says she and her brother got into an altercation and his hot-headed girlfriend - the defendant - got involved. The plaintiff alleges she vandalized her car, so she’s suing for repair costs. The defendant says she and the plaintiff used to be friends, and she denies doing any damage to it.

@@Padel78 one. Defendant said she was at work, then later said she was at home when the damage happened. Two. The police really do not write up reports, they just give you a DC number. This is true in most larger jurisdictions. Three. Defendant said quote, " she didn't see me and I didn't see her". That says she was there.

Honestly, I got a card with case number on it on time. I asked about a report, not my first ticket by the way, at least three times. They said they don't do reports/citations anymore.
