The reason arcanine is super effective against slowbro, because arcanine has a dark type attack ( bite ), which is super effective against pokemon who are phychic
Flame thrower is not fire blast and it can be used twice in a row......

The Arcanine was using Flamethrower. Flamethrower has 2 segments where Fireblast has only 1. Thus the back-to-back attacks.

Bullet is fighting? If it is it's better than cross chop. Cross chop animation is fast but actually is really slow.

I think the arcainine was super effective against the slowbro because it probably had bite which is a dark move, and dark is super effective against psychic (slowbro is psychic, don't know if you know that)
its not that the dodge doesnt register, you are supposed to swipe when the white flash appears. also the ''double'' flamethrower has 2 bars, and defenders charges up all the bars and then uses all of them after each other, so nothing cheaty there
