Thank you so much for the love 🤗❤️
I was in class 11th and there was someone with whom I used to spend my whole time in school. Basically we were friends and at that time I really don't know what does lgbt means and I don't know what wrong did happen as my class teacher told that person to stop seeing me and Suddenly that happened and few people started gossiping about me that I like the same gender and my class teacher used to spy on me so that I wouldn't be able to contact that person. One day things really gone so bad that she called my parents and inform them I failed in my 2 subjects which was exactly a wrong information as she just wanted to meet my parents. When my parents meet my class teacher she asked rubbish questions about my sexuality and she started asking what type of clothes I wear or which clothing section I used to prefer. And how my family treats me at home bcoz I'm not acting according to my gender. She started blaming me for being friends with few people as it shows like I'm really interested in them but that's not true. It's just me who I am. Though after how she insulted my character in front of my parents. My father was really ashamed or I don't know how he was exactly feeling. As she asked my parents to take a help from psychiatrist. And when I reached home my father was just scolding me and he want me to stop seeing my friends that my ma'am mentioned and I was really clueless that what exactly happened to him why is he scolding me for no reasons. And when I learned about what my class teacher did. I was really really angry. Feeling like just to give a damn hard punch just right on her face. She really ruined my life in high school but thanks to my true friends they never supported those gossips that people who really enjoyed talking about my sexuality. Though after that incident I have to really answer those questions about my sexuality and yeah I realized after few months that I'm not straight and I really Now have to fake my true self.
I'm sorry you had to go through something like that. How are you now?
I really have no right to say you that just be your self because I am on the same page as well as you're.But if can try to be who you are actually
Well if u ready let's punch that teacher hard ... 😤
Hi!
I am sorry you had to go through that, it must have been really confusing and stressful for you(class 11 is incredibly stressful even otherwise). I understand why you might feel a need to have a fake persona and it might be stopping you from the way you want to live your life. Fight in your own way, find ways to keep being stronger, read a lot of literature (I dunno why it helps, but it always does) rely on friends who are being nice to you, have a dream and be hopeful, it will help you to go on. The fake persona you have made for yourself is your shield, it's okay to have it for now. One day when you are independent and understand yourself better, you can choose to leave the fake persona behind. I wish you all the courage.
😭😭😭😭
I am a 16 year old and this is my take on the topic
This is a topic which demands awareness...people "must" (not "need") understand that they are not different from us because we all are created by the ALMIGHTY...and he doesn't discriminate on the basis of colour, caste or sexuality so why should we
Great job yuvva !!👍
Thank you so much! 🤗❤️
I think my earliest homophobic story in school was when I still haven't discovered my sexuality but the kids in my class always made crude jokes about queerness and used gay as the biggest insult. And I couldn't understand for the life of me how that was an insult. And nobody corrected them, so unless they learned to be better from some sources (which definitely isn't the school or home) they would grow up being homophobic and hurting people like me everywhere we go. The education system needs to do better smh. Now I think back at it and know that perhaps none of my friends will accept me for who I am, it hurts me. Legalising LGBTQ+ rights will be a good step but nothing will really change unless we change the thinking in society. You guys are doing such a great work on this channel. Absolutely loved it ❤️
I was homophobic at my early teenage(that's on the orthodox society I am still growing up) but once our teacher who was our fav one enlightened us on homosexuality and the LGBTQ community in such a way that the way I was looking up to certain things changed. And also being on stan twt really hepled into the person I am now. But the topic about homosexuality is still not normalised at early age whereas it really should be!
Thank you so much sharing this Hasya! We hope more schools have teachers like yours to guide their students. Till then, keep #EduGayting 🤗❤️
@Aadya Rao omg yes bestie!!!
I am gay too not out yet but some of my friends know about my sexuality and they are absolutely fine with it and open about it .
This topic was must needed thanks for spreading awareness but guys it's not only the UA-cam which will create awareness we should also on our side too keep spreading awareness about the issues LGBTQ+ people face and what it's like to be a part of LGBTQ+ family because more the hands join more the awareness it will spread.
Those who are still in closet don't worry one day you gonna come out but you all are awesome cheers❤️🌈
Thank you so much for sharing Siddharth! More power to you 🤗❤️

Honestly, it is high time that we start having narratives and stories that are inclusive of all sexualities and gender neutral characters for children too.
Congratulations and best wished to the team for talking about this. Thank you for always bringing the attention of masses to such important and unnoticed issues.
Agreed. Thank you so much Nupur! 🤗❤️
In my class one boy was just sitting with his bestfriend. I don't think he was gay , I won't assume. A teacher came in the class and saw him sitting with other boy really closely . Well they weren't sitting really close but it was close for her. She screamed so loud and said 'are you gay?' like in a angry way and everyone gasped and I think someone laughed Idk if anyone did. I was like what's the problem if he was gay there isn't any problem and then my friends started looking me weirdly. That's when I discovered homophobia in my school :\
Im in 8th standard now and i know a lot about this community....i dont know everything but i have seen a lot of netflix shows, videos ect. You might think that im too young for this..but almost everyone of my class mates know what this is.....my mother has also been very open about this.....so i think that homophobia/ supporting homosexuality or this community starts from home....obviously school plays a driving role in all of this....amazing video❤️❤️❤️

I used to use chakaa, gay as an abusive word but now I think we must stop considering these words as bad
We’re all Human beings, if there is a God then they’ve made us all with the same love and care. Loving someone who is of the same sex isn’t unnatural, it’s nature. It has existed in our culture for centuries. Peace and love ☮️ 💖

Yaa. I too want that.

Hey, we are yuvaa . I just wanted to ask if you can please make a video on EDUGAYTION for children like literally the kids who are not exposed to this field. I have a cousin and i was telling about lgbtq+ community but he didn't understand . He said if there will be gay couple then how will they produce babies and if they adopt whom will he/she mumma or papa. Then he said that this is not good . I really don't know how to explain it to him . If i search it up on youtube then there are mostly videos in english ( he cannot understand there accent) . So can you plzzzzzzz make a video which will help to make kids understand .🙏🙏👍👍👍

Absolutely agree that teachers are not at all affected rather they make fun of students (but not all though) ..........i want to share my experience.....i and my debate partner have prepared for a debate competition...our teacher disqualified him saying that he has a gay way of speaking and dresses like one.....we were in 10th standard

Hey!!!! Ummm.. I am a 15 year old pansexual as well as asexual.... I still have not come out to anybody.... Im too scared to do so..... so, can someone give me a piece of advice... I really need it....
It means, that you love everyone regardless of their genitals but non sexually. Am i correct??
Hey, what I wanna say is I am sort of in the same condition as yours? (I am 16 year old bi girl) but I think you should wait for the right moment, when you really wanna come out not just for the pressure of "I am not out yet". Wait and build a support of people behind you (like for me it is my online friends), and if you really do wanna come out do a whole lot of research (just so you can show that to your parents). But I still think we should wait till we are atleast sort of independent so no one can restrain our freedom
@@mitalimittal3957 Thanks for the suggestion. And, I was actually able to tell 2 of my friends. And, they accept me and support me.
