The End | Full Album | Stiggamer60

This is the second album I made after '13' and the final album under the awful 'Stiggamer60' name. This one is a lot more polished than the previous album but I am not satisfied with how this album came out. The "production" is slightly more advanced with double tracked guitars that were recorded using a crap USB microphone in front of a practice amp. There is some eq on the guitars and drums and a dash of reverb but this does nothing to cover up how awful that guitar tone is.
This album is a strange mix of thrash and doom metal and I tried to make it more complicated than the previous album. However, the songs are too long and repetitive and my guitar playing is sloppy. Recording this album was a pain as I really had to improve my guitar playing to be able to play some of the songs. The song 'Pandemic' was an absolute nightmare to play and the final recording sounds very sloppy. As much as I dislike this album, it moved me forward in my epic mythical musical journey and led me on create Blood Salad.
