- mbariket.com | Thanks for watching me on a search for raw land to add to our portfolio near the new multi-billion dollar BUA Group Refinery, currently in development in the beachfront village of Ibeno, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The refinery, which has a capacity to produce 200,000 barrels per day, is expected to be operational in 2024. #mbariket
wow that's a welcome development
Appreciate the comment.
Why anyone would want to buy land near an oil refinery just boggles my mind. Ask the piss poor residents who live beside oil refineries in Texas and NewOrleans how bad their health has gotten over the years.
at 5:30 that guy voice thick well well
Frrrr🔥🤣🤣sound like a super villain
That's how the real locals sound
Riding with the Bois😎😎mkommooo mkomoo indeed😎💯
Did I hear FREE LAND? I'm very interested
I ended up passing on buying a land there; too much red tape and the “gatekeepers” weren’t forthcoming with the information I needed. If you need land in other areas in Akwa Ibom State, I can help. Connect with me on WhatsApp 17022018311.
@@mbariket Thanks a lot; will get in touch but I prefer area close to the beach like yours
Why riding on the beach; is there no road for vehicles?
I'm also surprised they've got a long beach lacking tourists attraction
None unfortunately. One way in, one way out.
@@mbariket They have a wonderful weather, all year summer and beautiful beach; the govt should partner with private sector to develop the area for tourism to create jobs
@@africanday7337 You know we had a long conversation with one of the village chiefs about this. The biggest issue is the lack of a qualified workforce in Ibeno. It seems the people of Ibeno are happy being fishermen and collecting kickbacks. The opportunities are there but they’re not qualified to do the job, it’s leads nowhere.
@@mbariket The Local people can never understand the opportunities abound until the govt creates a board to connect potential investors with the community.
@@africanday7337 I personally don't think the government should be involved. Any private body can create a consultancy (like we have) to facilitate and close opportunities for potential investors in that area. I jumped through hoops of fire just to see lands in the area. As an investor, I wouldn't put my clients through what I went through in Ibeno and wouldn't advise purchasing land there. They are just not ready for investors.
Greetings sir,
I just stumbled on this post while doing research on how the Akwa-ibom beach is, I'll like to invest in the beach area, please
Thank you kindly for the comment. Message me on WhatsApp for investment inquiries: +17022018311.
@@mbariket I just stumbled upon this video and I have been asking my siblings back home about land investment opportunities on beach front land in Ibeno. I will write you on WhatsApp. Do you have any idea how much a plot of land costs there now? I haven’t been back at home in years now. Thanks.
