Should the pumps be located above where the solution will be released in to the tank or can it be located a few feet away? Basically asking if it's okay to push the fluid horizontally versus letting it drop vertically
I have two of these pumps. One does 1.8 ml and the other 1.5. Not the 1.1 as advertised. Is there a way of adjusting them or an explanation of why they are dosing more?
i am getting solid particles of Alk buildup in my sump. where should i drip the Alk and Calcium into if i want it to drip into the sump? or do you think i shouldn't do it there?
What brand timer do you recommend? I bought 2 off amazon, and they seem to not hold the time I put in? They also get off track with the current time? My question is what is a high end timer you would recommend
Help BRS! I replacing the inner tubing in both my dosers that i jsut bought from you. Before I disconnect and detach it and do all the work, is there anything I should clean or take apart?

Can you get the right timers at Home Depot? One that has several on/off settings and can repeat daily.

why does it come with two types of tubing? does it matter wt type I connect to wt end?

i am buying 2 from a friend today that are like new. does anyone know how to "clean" one of these after time? just run vinegar thru perhaps?
