I started seeing some of your reels on fb and I find them inspiring. I can relate with some of the content because I was once an international student myself but in New Zealand. Ang daming memories na bumalik especially mga struggles and culture shock. Most of your interviewees, mga kasabayan ko, between 2010 to 2012. 😊

Nice po. Pwede kaya silang maging mentor din? 1.5yrs pa lang ako sa Sydney via a working visa sponsorship, same goals - to be a PR, then car, then house sana. Very simple lang naman ang wish ko. Ganon lang po. Then maybe business… kaya pa kaya… :)
I doubt their story. They bought their 1st property in 2020, when property prices are already high. In just 3 years they have 5. How do they service the loans, do they have other income? Yes, you will have rental income, but you have big outgoings as well. How do they get the loans? I hope they are not being conned by investment spruikers holding seminars about property investment. When interest rates move up they will have problem servicing those loans, and will be disastrous for them. In Oz if they foreclose your property you will still be liable for the balance of the loan against the sale.
