Thank you and great to hear you are becoming a Chef. The main thing in becoming a Chef is to understand and have a relationship with food, to love and respect it and you will achieve amazing results with your meals being extraordinary and that the taste will be sensational! Thank you.
+Vman87 Hello there thank you for your comment. Yes, it does taste good. It is certainly different in its texture to fish, not as soft, a little more chewy. You can have it crumbed and deep fried, but it is nicer cooked fresh tossed through some pasta, or rice, pan fried as well. Stuffed calamari is really lovely too. Hope you get the opportunity to try it for yourself.
I fried some today. It has a firm yet squishy texture. The fried strip I made reminded me of scrambled eggs in terms of taste. Once you get over the mental issue of eating squid, it's not a bad tasting animal.
All God's creatures are uniquely and wonderfully manufactured. These squid are crafted to live underwater. They are able to view the miraculous aqua world around them, defend themselves, and reproduce. And we know they are able to survive where humans cannot. Romans 10:9-10 from the Bible: “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Why do you lie, Glorify? I never penned I was a vegetarian. I only referenced the fact God has created squid to be multitasked. This is true regarding a great deal of the LORD'S creation. God commands mankind to kill and eat. He has created all edible foods for man to enjoy along with their marvelous scents through His grace.
+Daniel Bencosme thank you for your comment Daniel. I understand where you are coming from and it is part reason why I have since become a vegetarian. This March, marks my two year anniversary of being vegetarian. It is the reason why I have not posted any videos for two years., due to incongruencies with personal philosophies. I will be posting very soon explaining the situation and it will be sort of a relaunch of the cooking channel.
learned alot today!, im 17 and will be becoming a chef soon.

I wanted to see the beak :(
Not quite the finesse of the Japanese but acceptable.
Thank you, we totally agree. Never had the expectation of being anywhere close to a Sushi Chef and that is an absolute art form and I admire them.
animal abuse
