Pen Drive not working, not detecting in Smart, LED TV? How to fix the USB drive working with any TV

if your USB drive is not working on a TV?
Do below steps,
01. Check the condition of USB ports on TV
02. Update the TV firmware
03. Format USB in FAT32/exFAT (This is the most common matter, let's fix it)

Today most USB drives comes in the NTFS file system by default. This format does not support to all most all TV brands.
More often, you will need to format your USB device in FAT32 or exFAT as most TV sets require these file systems.
IMPORTANT : Before you do so, be sure to transfer all the files stored in the USB drive to a backup location for later retrieval.

Fat32 limits the file size to 4gb max. No good if you have large video files bigger than this.

Is exFAT better than NTFS?
ExFAT was made to be very portable and optimized for flash drives. It's lightweight like FAT32, but without the same file size restrictions. That said, it lacks some of the features of the NTFS file system. Overall, it's not as widely compatible as FAT32, but more broadly compatible than NTFS.

you need to use FAT32 then. Since the USB is over 32 gb u have to use a program to change it. try rufus

Actually in FT32 SOMETIMES we can't copy items even though it had much space in memory stick. so we can change it to EXFAT and copying all items . but smart tv only accepts FAT32.

If u wanna watch in sharp aquos, there is its own app that already available to open your usb drive, this app name "mmvp media player", i also very confused at once cuz ussually i only have to press input in other tv to watch it but sharp tv absolutely different🥴
