Fun fact: You have some pesants working(on wood or w/e) and if you send them with shift+(build anything) after they will finish build queue they will return to previous job, that might be usefull if you have in early lots of pesants working on multiple things and dont want to lose time on renewing their position

If you look at the video, in the bottom right just above the map it says "P.t. left." P.t. stands for peace time. If you look at the start of the video, in the bottom right, it says there is 29:52 left in the peace time. So, for this game, there was probably 30 minutes peace time.
