I used an old swing set frame to hang my target and used an rubber truck bed mat for the backstop. Works great for a recurve bow. The arrow penetrates the mat but it doesn’t go through it. I’m so proud of it 👍 No more chasing arrows.
Good Build. Thanks. Be careful with that sky draw. You're making my shoulder hurt. Turn er out a turn. You will thank me later. You do not want to wreck your rotator! Take care.
So, about a year later... How is this holding up? Are any areas close to being shot out? Is the mat sagging at all from the two hanging points? I presume you're still putting something in front of it to hang your targets?
Bonjour, je parle uniquement français et je ne comprends pas ce que vous dites mais j''aimerais connaître le matériau utilisé. Merci Hello, I only speak French and I don't understand what you are saying but I would like to know the material used. THANKS
@kanyewheels You could re do the video, delete this one, then post it again without the irritating noise. I only watched a few seconds, then skipped to the end and watched a couple more.

Nice! Good idea. Same thing here they penetrate but don’t make it through.
That is a sweet backstop idea. Been looking for some ideas and the size of this makes it a winner. Respectfully, I think Mommy is a touch over bowed!
New bow at the time we had just set it up so agreed and made adjustments!

i see every "bowhunter" draw like this and never understood it
Was a new bow we just set up so adjustments needed to be made. Thanks!
@@pdj2975 indicates too heavy of a draw. Makes it “easier” to pull back when you draw like this. Not a good habit tho.

Still doing the job!

2x4s and a stall mat from a feed store!
Outfrickin’standing backstop Brotha 🏹🏹🏹👍
superb! also please share where to get the stall mat. thanks
Came from a feed store!
Nice backstop. What targets do you use with it?
Maybe! it could use a third hook at the top?
I’m using morrell targets and a 3rd hook probably wouldn’t hurt. 2 seems to work fine tho
Nice work ¡¡¡
Thank you!
What happened? No more videos?
My god that noise in the background is bad.
Are you going to be ok?
Cut the music
I get it. People don’t like the music. Adding to the comments doesn’t turn it off incase you were wondering 😂
