@@kaayhoudijk9644 I'd agree with you, but you also have to remember, Joaquin Phoenix's Joker left everyone asking the same question: was it all real or was it just all played out in his head?
Phoenix's suit definitely deserved to be that high up. Not only does it perfectly represent the character, it also keeps in line with the setting of the film. The malaise era drab of burgundy, mustard yellow, and deep green is perfect for the 1970s influence still present in the film's early 1980s setting. Just as Nicholson's Joker followed the pseudo noir era of the '89 Batman and Ledger's Joker looked like an edgy late 2000s psychopath, Phoenix's Joker fully fits the world it exists in.
No offense but every single person that hates Gotham haven’t watched it at all or have watched the first episodes and I’m glad you were honest about it but I felt the same way and once I watched it, it became one of my favorite TV shows so as someone that has watched all the episodes let me tell you you’re just wrong about your Jerome complaints but anyway you liked the Jeremiah design? I know you talked about this, but Jerimiah in Ace Chemicals of season 5 of Gotham is great. His suit is great, plus, the whole episode feels like a short story of its own.
My favorite is the Nicholson Joker: the suit was perfect, and I loved the plastic smile, cause it makes sense: after all, but if you fall into a vat of acid, you’re not going to come out with smooth skin and a full head of hair, you’re gonna be melted, so you’re gonna need a hair transplant and plastic surgery. If you look at the jokers past in the dark knight, it's logical to assume that, Joaquin Phoenix's character is Heath Ledger's joker, but in the very early stages.
Yeah but that will ruin the mystery and creepiness of The Dark Knight's Joker, because he wasn't meant to have an origin as stated.... Joaquin's Joker is an inspiration, alteration of Heath ledger's. Dark and sad, about the flaws of society, but I don't think those two worlds are the same. Because the newest trailer of this Joker movie tells about love, his mother and his acting career, and none of that was ever sensed in the Dark Knight. Heath ledger's Joker had the military, dark and twisted family tell, Joaquin's the complex with his mother and humiliation by society.
Heath's joker was the best in my opinion because of his suit and appearance, because a crazy killer isn't gonna do his hair and make sure his make up is perfect. His suit was dirty and wrinkled too. And he acted so well, the actors who played Alfred and Rachel couldn't look at him when he performed.

As far as looks go I'd have to give it to Phoenix and Nicholson as the best. Acting-wise is probably a tie between Phoenix and Ledger but overall I think Heath resembles Joker the most, he's the mastermind and nemesis to the bat

Another scene of note is when he talks at length to a McDonald's employee about how the fast food industry is just as essential in entropy over taking society as he is. The worst scene by far comes when he goes on a killing spree in witch he only stabs tree's in a park and screams about how "no one blinks an eye when a tree gets hurt." After that he stabs Pit Bull (DC's attempt to fill the Stan Lee Cameo trope) and screams "But every one loses their minds when I stab Pit Bull!" The look, the personality, the crazy laugh, like there is nothing for me to hate about Heath Ledger's Joker.
The problem with Leto’s Joker was the fact it was so different to Ledger’s, whose Joker is the best onscreen, and the design is flawless. I loved Gotham, when the joker started coming in to play later on in the tv series. I also like the fact that Gotham also portrays Bruce Wayne as a young kid versus how the movies show him as an adult. You get to understand Bruce's history and why he wanted to become batman. That's just opinion
I love The Dark Knight Joker the most but I do love that iconic image in The Killing Joker. I wouldn't mind seeing a Joker starting out without the scars and face paint, then slowly transitioning to the scars and bleached skin.
This video is... how should I put this... It's exactly what I expected from the opening line "The Joker is my favorite comic book character of all time."
Okay im about to go to war for Cameron... He is HANDS DOWN one of the best jokers in history. Alongside Heath; he is, in my opinion, better than all of the others. Even if you just watch the episodes with him in them, he is just electric as these characters. They are both such perfect representations of both sides of the Joker. I really think you should at least watch just the Jerome scenes and Jeremiah scenes. It's SO worth it. This video really triggered me and I don't think this did him any justice.
I think Heath Ledger's suit has a nice combination of the good classic Joker suits you see in comics and tv shows. While also having his own touch like the maku-up being much more like a messed up mime. But to be honest. I think Joaquin Phoenix gives me more classic Joker vibes. And i kinda like that iconic feeling despite it being pretty new. Do i agree with the Pink? Kinda. It pops much more than purple which i think fits the character very well. I do prefer the purple since that also makes the character a little unsetteling i think. Because its a combination of bright and dark tones. Which is basically what the joker is. When i think of the perfect joker i dont know if Heath ledger is one i would point at as being close. He is my favourite cinema Joker. And the best we have gotten in movies and tv shows but he just isnt what i see as the perfect joker. He is dark and funny but in his own twisted and adult way. I think the Joker needs a nostalhic feel that Heath Ledgers joker just doesnt have
Besides the laugh That tattoos The teeth The voice It’s okay in its own way but still not one I would prefer joker to look like The movie was garbage in my opinion I’m not a sheep I generally struggled to finish the movie What kind of joker drives at night in a expensive car with under glow 😂 But we have many more jokers in the next 500 years maybe someone will say they were inspired by jarred letto eventually
I don’t understand why people shit on Leto’s Joker. He did absolutely phenomenal with WHAT HE WAS GIVEN. Was he Jack? Of course not. Was he Heath? Of course not. But for the 3 scenes they used him in, he did a great job with a great modern twist.
Cesar Romero not wanting to shave off his mustache while playing the Joker is just the funniest shit ever! To be honest I really didn't notice it until later. I like Heath Ledger's Joker too but I think Jack Nicholson's version of the character was the creepiest. He really was terrifying.
He was perfect. He just lacked in humor, musicality of Joker, Joker's personality, Joker's.... You get the idea. HE WASN'T PERFECT AND HE ISN'T EVEN THAT COMICLY ACCURATE

The fact the you put a pterodactyl while the joker was laughing had me dead
I actualy felt more creeped out by the stage Joker than Heath Ledger's version but that may just be the usage of prostetics.
I love The Dark Knight Joker the most but I do love that iconic image in The Killing Joker. I wouldn't mind seeing a Joker starting out without the scars and face paint, then slowly transitioning to the scars and bleached skin.

Escoteiro Arthur Heath ledger is ass as joker I think he is last
You have two Jeromes tho XD
Arthur agree
This video is... how should I put this...
It's exactly what I expected from the opening line "The Joker is my favorite comic book character of all time."
I love all your guys suit ranking videos
What Heath did was UNBELIEVABLE!!! I was 17 when that movie came out, I’m 29 now and still blown away by it!
I personally like Joaguins suit and makeup more than Heaths but bother are definitely far better than the rest
I know we haven’t really seen Joaquin’s performance yet, but I’m sure it will be amazing and just add overall to the quality of the Arthur Fleck Joker
Tommy Wiseau still better joker than jared leto. 😂😂
I honestly love Jerome’s look because the scars are honestly kinda scary
When the suicide squad joker laughs he sounds like a *dying penguin*
More like a dying car battery
@@rxvz663 A a a a aaaa
When the trigger warning came up I thought it was going to put Joaquin first. I really love the new look of the Joker
The ones from gotham are cool i know but it doesnt look like the joker
I’m glad you respect Joaquin Phoenix’s design, can’t wait for October!
you should do one about the best jokers on games (I predict the arkham series is gonna get #1)
I think Heath Ledger's suit has a nice combination of the good classic Joker suits you see in comics and tv shows. I think the Joker needs a nostalhic feel that Heath Ledgers joker just doesnt have
TBH I actually kinda liked the suicide squad joker, but I guess we all have our own opinions
Really
"you don't listen do you"
@@kaysalchaar what do you mean
@@baseddan88 from the new joker movie he says this
Besides the laugh
That tattoos
The teeth
The voice
It’s okay in its own way but still not one I would prefer joker to look like
The movie was garbage in my opinion I’m not a sheep I generally struggled to finish the movie
What kind of joker drives at night in a expensive car with under glow 😂
But we have many more jokers in the next 500 years maybe someone will say they were inspired by jarred letto eventually
I don’t understand why people shit on Leto’s Joker. He did absolutely phenomenal with WHAT HE WAS GIVEN. Was he Jack? Of course not. Was he Heath? Of course not. But for the 3 scenes they used him in, he did a great job with a great modern twist.
Hell ya. My boi Heath is #1
Joachim Phoenix stole the show regarding performance...oscar winning..brilliant.
He didn't really have to because he was the main character tho
Joaquin Phoenix, the best film Joker.
Good opinion
For you
Top tier.
Many more jokers to come in the next 500 years
don't agree
good joker tho
Heath's suit was the coolest. Both of the colors were darker yet so contrasting and goes with the mysterious vibe of the character.
“Shirtless Joker” *clearly is wearing a freaking shirt*
Cesar Romero not wanting to shave off his mustache while playing the Joker is just the funniest shit ever! To be honest I really didn't notice it until later. I like Heath Ledger's Joker too but I think Jack Nicholson's version of the character was the creepiest. He really was terrifying.
When key issues rips on Jerome then praises Jeremiah.
😌
Then says he’s never gonna watch Gotham
😳
God bless you for including Prince! I liked it as well.
Idk about y’all but I actually like the new joker (2019) for me he is #1 but I still like heath ledger but I got to say I like Joaquin Phoenix
I love that you put princes outfit in this!!😂💚
I loved the number one and I to say Rest In Peace dough cus he was the perfect joker
He was just THE Joker
He was perfect. He just lacked in humor, musicality of Joker, Joker's personality, Joker's.... You get the idea. HE WASN'T PERFECT AND HE ISN'T EVEN THAT COMICLY ACCURATE
i wish if MARVEL had the character like JOKER, i would've loved to see the character development of the JOKER over the movies, marvel does this the best .
