- I opened my Campervan door at 8.00 on Thursday 21st July 2022 to see smoke bellowing from a popular seaside café ! I got myself over there to capture the following footage !

I'm back home in Whitley Bay now, getting ready to have a little trip to the Scottish boarders next week, You know, where all the other pirates are from haha.

Very sad day in the community of New Quay as the building belongs to a local family who have had and still have business in the village for years but thankfully part of it is back up and running now

Yes, totally agree with you, I picked up on the close community vibe myself, I know a couple of the locals now, and have been back again this year ( more videos haha ), I was there in June (2023) and it's looking nice now but apparently it took a long time and a lot of red tape to get the repairs underway, fingers crossed they do well now.

Used to work there never again luckily everyone got out but customers will never know about working in the copper quay or lime crab is actually live I'll never touch them with a 10 foot pole
