Javedbhai very good attempt. It is a creation of madanmohanji in darbrikanada raag. One thing all the singers should keep in mind that no one cannot achieve rafisabs songs fully. Because we cannot do what God is doing. That was rafisab.

Javed you are a good singer yourself and I love your original songs and you have sung some of Rafisahab's songs pretty well. But this one is a disaster...I don't understand what you were trying to do with it. What soul and mood Rafisahab attaches to any song becomes divine and it is a sin to disturb that melody and rhythm. Lot of singers try to change and bring their own flavors when singing his songs....WHYYYYY.....do whatever you want to do with your own songs and apni kala dikhane ki zaroorat nahin hai, you or no one else can better Rafisahab's songs so why mess around with its beauty ???
Please don't mind my harsh words but what quality of singing by Rafisahab I have been listening to since early 60's is difficult to describe. When he is singing then it is as if there is a perfectly tuned instrument fixed in his throat and he has a software installed in his heart that is programmed with best of the emotions, romance, feelings, pathos, moods and all the sweet things you can think of. Aisa lagta hi nahi ke kisi insan ke gale se yeh smooth awaz nikal rahi hai. Kya zabardast awaz aur saans par control, oonche se ooncha sur ho ya even sargoshi wala note ho, majal hai ke awaz mein kabhi gadbad ho jaye ya gala saath na de, zara bhi gaane ke mood se sunnewala bhatak nahi sakta. God's gift to thirsty souls...

Sorry to say, but Javed ji either you didnt listen to the song properly or its really difficult for you. Rafi saab ke geet gaane ke liye rooh ki zarurat padti hai.. flute is also going flat.. baaki kuch galat keh diya ho maine to maafi chahta hoon..
