truly i do 4 exercise for my back. First i do lat pulldown and close grip pull down(really good for biceps also) 3 sets each. done with vertical pull. then for horizontal pull i do the exercise the brother is doing in 8.00 min . then i do close grip pull in cable machine . REMEMBER IF YOU TRAIN YOUR EACH MUSCLE TWICE A WEEK. YOU CAN SPLIT SOME WORKOUTS. BUT PERSONALLY I REPEAT LAT PULL DOWN BOTH THE PULL DAY.

Bro " Baki “ is one of the the best Anime series ever that helps a man to get stronger… I highly recommend you to watch this masterpiece series…Love it 🦇
Great video however I do want to mention one thing, A beginner should stick to barbell rows as the weights are very light in itself, and if you're getting pain or fatigue from that light weight, your lower back and errector spinae are very weak and free barbell rows will help correct that overtime. Saket is an advanced lifter and for him the weights he is lifting can be heavy enough to put stress on the lower back but for beginners it's not.
From repeatedly watching ur push pull legs videos of last years.. to already knowing ur top exercises n everything u told in the video before even watchiing it… yeah.. i have comea long way… and the best decision i ever took as a beginner was to follow u… now i see many beginners getting confused and doing 8-10 variations for one muscle group.. am very thankful to u saved me from such mistakes and for that reason i have seen a great improvement in my physique too

I do workout in the local gym and the gym is near to my house. Many people in that gym perform reverse per deck as a shoulder workout and even I performed this exercise earlier in shoulder day. After many months, few people in the gym doing this exercise at back day and I thought that it's a shoulder workout. Some people do this exercise in back day and some do this in shoulder day. One day, I decided that I should try once this exercise at back day and after the workout, I realized that really it is a back exercise and even I search this exercise on Google and I got it that it is a back workout. Even, still I'm confused that shrugs is a shoulder workout or back, because many people do shrugs exercise in shoulder day. Thanks the people like saket, he gives knowledge, explains his experience and his videos motivates me very much.

For me who is above 35, i should choose machines over pull-ups or barbell rows. Fatigue to stimulus ratio is just woow, work smartly 👍
I never knew about push pull legs earlier, but after watching saket's vlog I shifted from bro split to push pull. And I can see changes ,though I'm training each muscle group twice a week it is some how less exhausting than bro split

In my exp we are taking variations because to train the focus musle properly, baki kuch nahi, aap ek style se train karo ya alag alag variations se so ye dimag se nikal dena chahie ke kuch alag style se kuch lagag banega 😁 muscle achese train ho isalie ham alag alag tarikese usako train karte hai and variations lenese time jyada de sakate hai muscle ko isalie Or kuch nahi 😎

@@RAMAN..... well balanced day, I follow the same but I have deadlifts at the start. Also I would recommend adding in 2 sets of hammer curls and one more variation for biceps. But to do that you have to lower the amount of sets you perform on few exercises to 2.
