If you're making videos for the public to view, please wear proper PPE (no safety glasses?) Using pliers on a nut? You could of opened the fill port on the gear box so the oil can drain more effectively as well. Also, those are not "nipples", they are zerk fittings. Overall not a bad video, but could have been done much better seeing how it's coming from a City Municipality.
