Hi there! I'm a beginner with nails, and I was wondering if I can make press on gel x sets like these and glue them with gel base just like regular gel x? Because I glue the gel x first before painting them, but its very hard to do nail art with it already glued on. Or do I need to glue it with a different type of nail glue? Thanks in advance! 🙈
Hi! I *do not* recommend making press-ons and then trying to use gel to cure them on. When you glue them on this way, most of the time the light cannot penetrate what you've painted on the press-on completely, so the gel underneath you're using to glue on sometimes won't be fully cured. This can lead to allergies 😩
You can use regular glue tho! But obv very different than a gel-x set.
