    Not even a medical student, thank you so much Precious. How was your Step experience (did you feel like your schedule definitely made a impact)?

    thank you so much Precious. When do you recommend one starts using U-World?

      christina supuni some use it all throughout 2nd year. Some start it during dedicated. I recommend starting it at the beginning of 2nd semester. Finishing it by the time dedicated starts. Then going through it a 2nd time or doing your missed/marked questions.

      If you look at my videos for 3rd year I put the resources I used for each rotation in the description box

    Would you recommend lecturio for more 1st year related material like anatomy/histology/radiology/physiology/biochem/micro/genetics/immuno etc? I looked into board and beyond but found that lecturio has lectures for pretty much everything. I’ve also heard of Dr. Najeeb’s videos being good, but I really dislike videos that are too in depth, and I’m a current first year, so right now just getting the groove of studying. However, I’ve always been the type to use extra resources, and feel it would be beneficial to clarify some points that aren’t clarified in lecture. Thanks precious!! You’ve been such an inspiration to me ever since your first video, it’s so surreal that I’ve started medical school and you’ve already took STEP 1 ❤️☺️

      gfan105 I would recommend Boards and Beyond. It covers all those things you listed (I don’t think histology though). There’s a lot of videos for B&B, but you can just watch the ones you need. I like it better than lecturio

    Hello Precious, did you use boards and beyond during studying for step? Would you suggest investing in it to use as a supplemental material? In addition to pathoma, sketchy micro?

    • @WhiteCoatChronicles
      @WhiteCoatChronicles  6 років тому +1

      Adekemi Adeyemi I used it for topics that I needed more clarification on during step. I would recommend it as a resource that used throughout 2nd year

      White Coat Chronicles What resources worked best for you for physiology and pharmacology? Mainly for step 1

    • @WhiteCoatChronicles
      @WhiteCoatChronicles  6 років тому +1

      Adekemi Adeyemi I scored the highest in pharmacology and that was all because of sketchy medical.
      Physiology- I didn’t have to focus on this much during dedicated. But I used BRS Physiology during first year

      White Coat Chronicles Thank you so much for your response. I sincerely appreciate it. Have my exam scheduled for end of this year as an IMG student. So if you don’t mind, I may reach out to you a couple times during my study period just to inquire more about study materials that might be helpful for me especially in the areas that I am weak in. Thank you

    Hi could you tell me what GPA do I need to success in pre med school and med school??

    • @WhiteCoatChronicles
      @WhiteCoatChronicles  6 років тому

      Arbab Ibrahim hi, gpa requirements are dependent on the Med school you’re applying to. Different schools may look for a certain gpa range. Shoot for As and Bs to stay on the safe side.
