I don't know what happened to this channel but please come back. You are one of the few reviewers that don't smirk.

Do I like it? Well, I just got a Pro-Tech Malibu after over a year of anticipation, and it lives up to the hype. It's a great knife. The trouble is, I've completely bonded with the Lil' Native, and I just can't give it up for another knife. For now I'm carrying two, but I'll tire of that, and when I do I think the Lil' Native will still be in my pocket.

I purchase the Lil Native's twin and overlooked Spyderco Cat. The size and shape are bassically identical but it is a liner lock with my favorite user steel CTS-BD1N.
Thak You for the excellent review.

My favorite small knives that I own are Spyderco Dragonfly 2 salt or cold steel tuff lite. Thanks for the vid 👍

It’s my favorite spyderco. It’s a BIG small knife. More jimping? Why do you want jimping? Has you finger ever slipped? Needless hotspots IMO.

Thanks Wes! I have the one in cruwear and I really dig this little knife... I want the one in Rex45...

Great knife for carrying in watch/coin pocket so far. I have the s30v version with back lock.

I have the all black Li'l Native. I love it. I sometimes go where I need a small knife and this one feels a lot more like a full sized knife than does the Scallion or even the Dragonfly, both of which I have and like. For the crazy places I even have a Chive.

On roster it’s the REC and ST. NICKS Lil Native….just ordered the Blade HQ version.

Maybe this is the only non-lockback/liner/frame lock fidgety folding knife. I have been looking for axis lock or ball bearing lock knives with less than 6cm blade and this is the only one so far.

Nice review. I bought a cheap CRKT and it seems to be fine for my uses - opening boxes, cutting out my apples bad spots, and overall just fidgeting. This Spyderco is too good for my edc.

I get that totally. Nothing wrong with carrying two, one as a beater.

Great review Wes, I have this knife and I love it as my go to small knife. Never noticed the plunge line issue but I definitely feel the bounce on my finger when closing. As you said, not a deal breaker. Oh and nice shirt!

Was yours drop shut out of the box? I have the regular black model and it does not drop shut.

I can’t quite remember, but I believe so. I usually break all my knives in and then adjust.
