    Scope & Content: Shows flooded farm areas, breaks in levees, derailed boxcars, rescues by rowboat and motorboat, partially destroyed buildings, flooded streets, and debris and dead animals in city streets after flood waters had receded. Ohio National Guard troops detrain at Dayton and establish martial law, guarding post offices and the city morgue where bodies of flood victims are brought.
