I assume you eat a low fat diet along with margarine, vegtable oil etc?

@@wayne251975 I don't eat any oil, butter or lard at all. Oil is junk food.

@allencrider I agree oil can be junk food.
If your into the concerns of all this, look into the percentages of Oleic acid all of these contain. Shockingly we have been told a lot of garbage for years when it comes to what is healthy and what isn't.
Up until the Ealy 80's McDonald's used to fry their foods in beef fat. I know sounds gross but their was a significant difference in the Nutritional value of their food , if you want to call it that, after they swapped to Vegtable oil.
I want to believe it was due to ignorance and their need to chase the dollar that had them swap.
It was supposedly to make the food less harmful.
As it turns out it didn't, it made it much worse, it contains a much higher amount of Oleic Acid. On a magnitude of 20 - 25 times the amount that Beef fat (tallow) has.
I wondered what does this have to do with all of this, and it is inflammation and what it does to our body.
I wasn't trying to be rude by the question at first.
Most folks have thought all of this was about fat, I sure did.
It really doesn't have much to do with it.
Calcium, as in the mineral, is what the plaque is mainly what it is comprised of, from my understanding anyway.
Oleic Acid along with other compounds driving the inflammation for most of us along with the calcium rich foods many of us thought were healthy just may have been a large part of the danger.
