Banger after banger. This is literally mind blowing. I just uploaded a eBook I made on the Law of Attraction with the first iteration of GPT.... the ad libs are INSANE. it's like I'm listening to 2 people who've studied the subject OUTSIDE of the actual content provided. This is insane.
Yea man, really loving this stuff. I work with different ai tools everyday, and that conversation generation is f'ing mind blowing!! Have been enjoying your content for a long time, good shit!
Wow, this is a game changer! 🎉 Google is really stepping up in the AI space with Notebook LM. The ability to create podcasts and faceless UA-cam videos using just a URL is incredible. I am mind blown...!
Thanks for this! Am I right in thinking that you can't really expect to create a YT Channel around this - and be monetized - as it is AI ? And isn't it a matter of time before there are 100s of podcasts with the same 'presenters' ?
I would assume most people who are into tech have already gotten over the excitement. The main thing right now is how to present it to your audience. The platforms that provide the avenues of presenting this to an audience are the winners.
Your throwaway comment about not telling people it's an AI generated video is interesting because I think it speaks to an issue that is going to become very important in the near future, as more and more content is produced using AI. I guess the question is; 'Will people care if it's real or AI generated?'- your intution that they might- hence don't tell them- is one that I share. At the moment AI generated content has a novelty value that overrides this concern, but as it becomes more common, and as people are faced with the reality that they just can't tell anymore if the content they are watching is real or AI generated, I think this question of provenance- or let's call it 'authenticity'- will come to the fore. Like everyone else I am blown away by the quality of these tools- these outputs are genuinely engaging to watch and listen to. But is this enough? For example someone could easily create a version of Reddit where instead of talking to other humans you go online to talk to AI Bots- and these bots could be as good if not better than many humans at holding interesting conversations and debates- they might be geninely interesting to talk to. But the question is; how many people are really going to spend their time talking to AI bots? Once the novelty factor wears off what would be the point of engaging with an AI as if it were a person? I think the reality is that once AI generated content of this sort becomes commonplace the artificial nature of this content- and complete lack of real human connection involved - will start to become increasingly problematic because one of the reasons people listen to and watch podcasts is precisely because they offer a sense of sharing time with other human beings- a sense of connection. From this point of view a podcast entirely generated with AI is a self contradiction because the one thing it's designed to fake is the one thing that's actually not present- genuine human connection. Your intution that it's better not to tell people that they are watching AI is, I think, based on this insight. As humans we crave human contact, a fact that this technology is designed to exploit. But here's the thing- who really wants to be exploited? Who really wants to be manipulated by people weilding these kinds of deep fake tools? My feeling is that in spite of-or perhaps even because of- the realisitc nature of these deepfakes they will eventually be rejected. Not because they are falling into the uncanny valley but because they are not- they are becoming so effective that they can already fool most people- but again- who wants to be taken for a fool? In the long term these technologies are likely to be legislated out of existence in part because the prospect of living in a world populated with fake people will not be a popular outcome.
Thanks for the video. Great stuff as always. Tell me, is there any way to pick the voices, so that you can have consistent characters for the podcast? Thanks and cheers.
You could use something like Davinci Resolve to pick out the voices and script them (with their AI subtitling functionality), download the individual scripts and send each to an AI Voice Cloner where you can choose different voices for each script. You could take the audio voices and then use a DAW (like Davinci Fairlight) to line up the modified voices. I'm sure there's probably an easier way to do this, but I could see something like that working.
Can you take transcripts from youtube videos upload it and create a react channels to the video. Could make some sort of commentary. Jeez its going to be really hard to identify whats AI & whats not.
I uploaded a 50-page PDF and it took a few minutes to generate a full episode. It was hilarious, since I uploaded a handbook for developing a framework with coding etc. But the AI talked in a completely natural fashion... Just imagine when one will be able to use other languages and other voices, its going to be even more insane! What is real? Blue pill or red pill?
Hard truth: the best way to monetize new technology is talking about how this new technology has a great potential for profit (while not having any idea how to actually monetize it). This brings in views and youtube ads (that pay 50x more in finance niche than any other general niche) You're welcome 😅
Hello most affiliate websites are wall websites that google doesn’t like, what can I do to create an affiliate website thst google praises, what elements should I add? Quizzes, newsletters, brand building more? And if these are the elements googles looking for on an affiliate website where can I learn more about all this and more that I haven’t mentioned so google can praise my affiliate website.
And this is experimental 😂. Imagine they release it and they let you choose who are speaking like if you need 2 guys speaking in the podcast and then you upload the voices of those 2 guys , 🤯
The problems I can see here is what if everyone sets up faceless youtube channels with these 2 voices, won't it get pretty obvious that everyone is using the same software? lol

the audio feature itself is such an excellent product that it could stand on its own, this is incredible!
I made a short trial and it was amazing. I have over 200 blog posts that I can create videos for my photography biz. Excited! 😍
Bruh i seriously want to listen to that podcast 😅😅 Also your reactions are wholesome.

I can’t believe it’s free. Just tried it out after watching this video. Produced an 8 minute podcast from my MBA paper on leadership
So what if you take the audio - and turn it into text - and attach it as a pdf transcript to the article!! SEO INCEPTION!!!
Seeeesh
Bloody hell i just tried this for a post on my site - its incredible!
I'm in shock haha
Agreed! This is killer and hopefully a game changer.

WOW this software is crazy!!!!! I just created a 6 minute podcast for a local park from their GBP page!
how did you get it to create the podcast? I am struggling to figure out how to turn the text or website source into audio
Mind Blowing... Really Awesome ❤
🤯❣️🤯❣️ I'm s speechless! Thanks for sharing!
This is so good. I just tried it on one of my blogs, and Google has hit the jackpot with this one. 🔥

We need custom voices but I am not sure if they would give us. Everyone producing content with the same AI voices will get tiring.
Its a guess, but to me this looks like Google is giving us a small sneak peak at what is possible with AGI.
Can we use this outside of the USA
Yes you could

Thank you. I created a podcast about giant cats auditioning on Broadway for Fat Cats the Musical. Will be uploading tomorrow.
This is crazy, those voices are way better than eleven labs , Google should launch their own platform like eleven labs
Google: "Player 2 Has entered the Game"
oh wait, so they ranked their website in minutes!?! clearly no manual intervention here 😂
similar to bark model but more advance

Unfortunately only English language is available for now since it is in experimental phase.
