    Thanks for sharing! Your videos are so helpful, especially what you eat in a day. I rendered my second batch of tallow in my crockpot this weekend 😊 will be using it in cooking and making a balm for my sons eczema.

    You can try using the solid orange fat from the ribs container in cooking your eggs or with the peas instead of butter. I bet the flavor would have been amazing.

    hi Marisa! just wondering what are your thoughts on social situations when on the weston a price diet, where "bad" foods are involved? are there any damages done from binges when there are temptations? any guidelines/boundaries on how much/how often we're allowed "bad" foods? thank you!!🥰

    I would love a kombucha video! I have stayed away from making it because of sugar. I didn’t know it worked with honey. Also, what do you do with all your egg white? We love Russian custard too but I am never sure what to do with the whites...

    • @BumblebeeApothecary

      @@BumblebeeApothecary Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid the thought of eating the dead flesh and fat of an animal that has likely had a hideous existence and horrific death, even if "organic" - will never be anything but deeply repellant. Why is there not a vegetarian variation? After all, we are all individual in constitution, likes and dislikes. GAPS assumes one size fits all - not so. Meat has disgusted me from a very early age, not a fad.

      @@moon_struck6573 You’re free to be vegetarian but it’s not optimal. This way of eating( meat/dairy) just happens to be healthy, it’s not right to seek this diet & then get upset at someone who’s trying to help you. She’s not forcing you suga.

    • @Amandahugginkizz
      @Amandahugginkizz 2 роки тому

      @@moon_struck6573 lol, there is an option it's called your vegan diet, and clearly it's not optimal if you are searching for help and alternatives. You think a meat based diet should have non meat options? I'm sorry that is the stupidest thing ive ever heard. That's like saying the vegan diet should have meat options because not everyone likes veggies...the option is find another diet that fits what you want instead of taking a diet and changing it to basically the vegan diet. This is such a entitled way of thinking, you don't even have to say it, I know you are a liberal 😂
