Just one question as a grower please. Why do I need sugar in the end product? Nobody's gonna eat it, right? Ao you want brix for health only, correct? If I run a sealed environment or a negative pressure, the plants will never get infected by anything. Do we really need brix and big cellwalls if there is no pathogen that infect the plant. 98% sterile. I understand calcium, silica and brix for IPM. But I don't see how it makes the endproduct better.
