Umang Foundation renovates Z P Schools of Shahapur, Dist Thane MH INDIA

Through the efforts of Umang Foundation, the basic infrastructure of Government Schools (Z P Schools) in the tribal belt of Maharashtra has been transformed to create child-friendly environments. Here’s how:
Speaking Walls: The once unattractive walls have been transformed into vibrant, engaging spaces. Bright colors and educational murals now adorn the walls, making the learning environment more stimulating and enjoyable for students.
Green Spaces: The addition of plants and greenery around the school premises not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also promotes environmental awareness among students.
Enhanced Facilities: Improved classrooms, sanitation facilities, and playgrounds ensure that students have a safe and conducive environment for learning and growth.
Impact on Enrollment
Doubling Enrollment: Wherever Umang Foundation has implemented these transformations, student enrollment has doubled, demonstrating the significant positive impact on the community.
Umang Foundation is managed by voluntarily efforts, having its admin expenses less than 1% which means almost every penny is being used for the cause; founded in year 2008 by Mr Ashish Goyal; who has been supported by his wife Mrs Pooja Goyal, duo along with their routine professional careers manages operation and back-end over last decade. Umang Foundation has had 15,000+ volunteers since year 2008 with an average time spent of 8-10 hours every volunteer every time.
