Why does the title read "Preservation of Tibetan culture". Dolpopas are preserving their own Dolpo Culture.

I am not Tibetan National. I am Bhutia from Darjeeling. I think we Non Tibetan National should really stop taking offend when Called Tibetan Culture. It indeed is a Tibetan culture and we are part of Tibetan Civilisation that's exceeds Present day Tibet geographical boundaries.
