You'l replace the clutch pretty soon if you keep using it to slow you down. If you downshift, blip the throttle to match the rpm's to your speed. Todd the retired trucker.
Ive actually been using that method a lot more. I made this video when I first bought the truck so I still was figuring out what it wanted. thanks for the advice

My 66 Ford F100 has 84379 actual miles. The 352 is so smooth and quiet. I'll have it featured on my UA-cam channel to replace the clutch.

Huh? This truck is as stock as it gets. No soundproofing. Stock exhaust isn’t loud. You hear more transmission wine than anything
