One of my friends told me I had to put more meat in the locker or else a monster would get me. I spent several in game days feeding my meat locker until I realized there was no meat monster. 10/10 experience.
I had that fucking happen when I was asleep and woke up to it with the lockers right outside my bed. I figured it was just a nightmare sequence until I went back to sleep and woke up again and realized *it was still there.*
@@MaryIsHereNowfor me it was at the top of the staircase so when I left the signal room to get some mug I noticed a bunch of blood leaking from my ceiling and it was genuinely so fucking scary to me that I had to pause the game for like 10 seconds

Most of thee funn comes from actively seeking out the events, not to mention that some of them have permanent rewards, like... spoilers ahead! . . . . . . . . . . Small life crystal for defeating an undead hound and the green fire for extinguishing the green campfire that appears at night.
I knew something was throwing those rocks, I cleaned my base up to perfection and then every day there were more. At least the whisps took care of the mannequins for me. quite the scene going to Uniform after the stolen mannequin event, seeing the pile of them, then later on going back again and seeing only empty stands. so many of them just... out there.
You know how people get scared over a pinecone dropping at night? ... the stick was a living tree getting scared over, I don't know, Kel finding a signal for the 5th time this night, causing all the satellites to loudly move?
at the very end, a stick fell from a tree, this is a micro event with trees, they can throw off a stone by dropping it, and even an explosive stick, and an ordinary stick
Where have I heard that alarm sound before? The sound the floating cube makes, its from some film or some game but I can't recall. Someone help me out here.
Man these encounters are so cool, I just wish there was more incentive to go after them. I feel like you should be able to take pictures and send them out to get more money, something to force the player outside to look for weird stuff and into a creepy environment.
Weeeeeelllllll nothings really stoping the player to go out there and do exactly that. But does one have the balls to do it? That is the real question. But having like a payment bonus would be cool. Or have the team go "why you sending me these photoshop images?!"
What are the chances that on my second playthrough, on the literal first day, my computer was connected to a camera, showing a room I did not recognize?!
Aint it the camera that shows up at 3am showing a room in the bunker with sometimes a omega kerfus with rusty texture and teeth instead of the face that shows up for a tiny bit

This is not Garry's Mod but I understand the confusion. Voices of The Void is a game that's build in the Unreal Engine, made to look, sound and feel like a Source Engine game (which is what Garry's Mod uses.) I recommend checking it out!
