36kg of Beef Ribs
1kg of Garlic
2kg of Onion
1 1/4kg of Ginger
4 1/2kg of Bell pepper
3 whole pieces of Pineapple
Cooking Oil
6 kg of Potatoes
4kg of Carrots
Tomato Sauce
Tomato Paste
Green Peas
Salted Black beans
Alpine
Pineapple Juice
Salt
Black pepper powder
Peppercorns
Bay leaf
