@Leeroy Hold the Stop button and another button at the same time. Depends on model which other button. Defrost, Auto reheat, smart reheat, timer, etc. Try it.

Not heating for me as of today. 1.5 years old
mines went out after 3 years stopped heating up food also it has some cratering on the inside like it was cooking the insides of the microwave maybe just got a defective one idk

Mine went out after 2 years, it's my 2nd lg purchased same model the first just stopped heating the 2nd one made an electric sparking sound then something like blowing air while it was on and when I checked it it never heats my food. So now I am done with this crappy LG, such a waste of money. Save your money do not buy it
I have been using my LG MICROWAVE for the last 23 years! I can't believe it! and I simply love ❤️ it.
I bought an LG microwave in December 2021 and a few months later it stopped heating up.
LG fixed it for free. Then a few months after that same problem.
Best Buy replaced it with a new model.
My wife and I find nothing objectionable about the sounds. They add joy and personality to the product! We are going to buy an LG dishwasher in the near future, which also features similar sounds. 🙂

@Leeroy No, I don't mind it. Reheats evenly and the defrost is great. Defrosting does not cook the edges.

I’ve had this microwave for about 4 years with no problems. Today I went to use it and the front screen won’t work so I can’t start it. The inside screen works fine. Anyone know what’s up?
Sorry to hear about your issue, but quick question. If you wanted to cook for 2 minutes or 5 minutes, is there a 1 touch keypad so that you can quickly get to your desired cook time?

it’s crap LG want to change everything from how things always work except that they do dirty work that lasts only 3 to 5 years. it’s perfect at first but when its breeze costs more than $100 to repair just in pieces I recommend another brand for microwave
The first thing I look for in a microwave is what the food sees from inside. Seems like a moron interface. Instead of pressing 1000 for ten minutes I have to press + 20 times?
No. You can slide your finger across the panel to increase time.
I'm so disappointed right now I just bought one and it can't sit on the surface sturdy it just rocking like a Harty old man kmdt.

Not uncommon if your microwave is close to your wifi router. Not unique to this microwave but thankfully most models now are better than they used to be. They happen to share the same radio frequency as the most common wifi band. Another option is to go into your router settings and manually try different channels or change it to 5GHz if your router supports it.

I got this microwave in goodwill almost brand new for just 10 $ you believe that and the cashier she is black girl she doesn't know the value of this microwave she said to me if u want it to buy it new is going to cost you 60$ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 she doesn't know even what LG is I just gave her the 10 $ and I left home so happy cuz I knew the value of this kind of microwave 👍?
