VW Haven for sure. I came so close to owning a 70 double cab with power brakes for 1.5k. But that was over 20 years ago. Been kicking myself ever since.

wow a lot of rust free restored vw and parts. It seems like we've traded cars. We have old Mustangs, Buick's and Chevrolet's and you have vw's and Volvo's. Nice to see so many different configurations on windows and so many custom built vw,'s

Here's a concept for you; Take a double cab, add a single bed, add a modified 4WD dually frame (dodge?), then mount a diesel engine behind the cab (in treasure chest), widen the bed (full length) to cover the dual's.
Install a 1 or 2 ton crane into the drivers side bed extension (swivels up to left rear corner), custom built platform hook lift
(stock bed length and width).
That's the basic concept without detail components (inc generator, compressor, welder), interior mods, etc...
