Great video and review, thank you. These prices are insane right now, and while I definitely see the benefits and interested in trying, I’m not sure it’s the best value for money. Moreover, non invasive accurate glucose monitoring is real and likely hit consumer favorite trackers (Apple Watch, Samsung, Google pixel etc) within 3-5 years. These companies will need to either lower their prices by A LOT, or continue to develop benefits that smart trackers won’t offer.
These instruments have always been for diabetics who need accurate readings. It's not meant for you and i. Smartwatches are not a threat. They are so inaccurate, they can barely get steps right. Non-invasive glucose monitoring will just be a gimmick like blood pressure testing is on Galaxy smartwatches.
I had Libre monitor distributed with Zoe. It was very interesting to see how your bode reacts to food and carbs specifically, does it peak quickly and then decreasing fast or not? do you have a dip after glucose level it drops? how combination with healthier fats (for instance from nuts) moderate the way the glucose is processed in you body, etc. Definitely, will apply a new sensor and monitor further. The only drawback is the price, however is way more convenient compared to pricking your fingertips using lancets. Good video Shervin
I had the freestyle device and it reported that my glucose levels were in the pre-diabetic stage. Went to the doktor to have a lab test done and they came back with levels that were perfectly fine. I will definitely not a freestyle libre again! I contacted them to ask for a replacement but they refused.

I wanted to ask about gut heath gi tests like Zoe or Viome? Have you done one of these? Thoughts? If not would love for you to do a video on them. 😊
Been using the SiBio continuos Ketone monitor for a few weeks now. Very interesting but very little on UA-cam about it. Would be a good video to make Shervin unless you think it’s only for keto diet and athletes?
I'm a type 2 diabetic and have been prescribed a freestyle libre 3 real time cgm (no scanning, updates every minute). Anyway, do you know if I can link into any other apps instead of only libre link which is not a good app?
Just a suggestion. You talk kinda fast and your pacing or editing is pretty quick leading me to feel pretty lost. Several times into the video I had to do a lot of rewinding and trying to figure out whats going or why you've moved on to a different step so maybe explain the transitions a bit more. Otherwise, thanks for the info. This is all new to me.
Do you have any difficulty sleeping on your side when you have the device attached to your tricep area? I am a side sleeper and thinking about attaching to my stomach area

I use the Dexcom G7, I prefer it over the Libre 3.

Can you test out January AI? I would love to see how well their AI can predict blood glucose! But I’m too cheap to buy the system without a test
