These prices are insane right now, and while I definitely see the benefits and interested in trying, I’m not sure it’s the best value for money. Moreover, non invasive accurate glucose monitoring is real and likely hit consumer favorite trackers (Apple Watch, Samsung, Google pixel etc) within 3-5 years.
These companies will need to either lower their prices by A LOT, or continue to develop benefits that smart trackers won’t offer.

Love all the videos Shervin I wanted to ask as I looked through your videos, but didn’t see one perhaps I might of missed it or you just have it done it yet. Lol. I wanted to ask about gut heath gi tests like Zoe or Viome? Have you done one of these? Thoughts? If not would love for you to do a video on them. 😊
I had Libre monitor distributed with Zoe. It was very interesting to see how your bode reacts to food and carbs specifically, does it peak quickly and then decreasing fast or not? do you have a dip after glucose level it drops? how combination with healthier fats (for instance from nuts) moderate the way the glucose is processed in you body, etc. Definitely, will apply a new sensor and monitor further. The only drawback is the price, however is way more convenient compared to pricking your fingertips using lancets. Good video Shervin
I'm a type 2 diabetic and have been prescribed a freestyle libre 3 real time cgm (no scanning, updates every minute). Anyway, do you know if I can link into any other apps instead of only libre link which is not a good app?

I use the Dexcom G7, I prefer it over the Libre 3.
Been using the SiBio continuos Ketone monitor for a few weeks now. Very interesting but very little on UA-cam about it. Would be a good video to make Shervin unless you think it’s only for keto diet and athletes?

Can you test out January AI? I would love to see how well their AI can predict blood glucose! But I’m too cheap to buy the system without a test

I can tell you that they are very similar but signos is cheaper. Same monitor but different software witch I badly used aside of the data
